What platform are these templates hosted on?

They're hosted in Webflow, a no-code website platform with built-in mobile optimization. This means your site will look good on every device. Webflow also lets you make edits right on the page, so there's no more jumping back and forth between editors and preview modes. You see it, change it, and it's done.

How customizable are these templates?

It's super customizable. You can drag and drop your images and content, switch up fonts and colors, and easily tweak sections—no tech experience needed.

What does no-code design mean?

It means you don't need to write any lines of code or HTML to create your website. No-code design also means you can launch faster, iterate quicker, and start seeing those conversions roll in.

How/when will I get my templates?

Within minutes of your purchase, you will receive an email with access to video instructions that show you how to prepare for your Webflow template. While you prepare, our team will work to deliver your new Webflow template directly to your Webflow account within 24 hours of your purchase.

Once I buy the template, how do I learn to use it?

Can I change the fonts and colors on my template?

YES! Soooooo easily. We've created a universal style guide for the fonts, so you just change them in one spot, and they update across your entire site. The same goes for your colors. With one tweak, your whole site will be instantly on-brand. No more fiddling with individual elements.

Are the fonts and photos included in the template?

Fonts: We make fonts super easy for you. Most of the time, we use free or Google fonts, and sometimes, we even pre-license custom fonts so you don't have to stress about it. If an extra license is needed, we'll include that information in the installation instructions for each template.

‍Photos: Some of our templates come with ready-to-use stock images that you can plug in right away. Others include premium images from top photographers or stock photo subscriptions. It all depends on the design. We'll make sure any usage restrictions are crystal clear in the installation instructions.

Do I need to purchase anything in addition to the template?

To set up your templates, you need to purchase a Webflow subscription. We recommend the CMS plan (Content Management System), which includes hosting, using a custom domain, email support, 150 "static pages" (pages like About, Contact, Services), and up to 2000 blog posts, also called CMS items. You will also want to choose your plan based on your current monthly page views. You can view the plans more in-depth here.

How many blog post pages can I have on my template?

How many blog posts and pages you can have depends on your webflow hosting plan. With the $29/month CMS plan (Content Management System), Webflow allows for 150 "static pages" (pages like about, contact, services) and up to 2,000 blog posts; you'd want to bump up to the $49/mo plan, which could include 10,000 CMS items/blog posts. Can I add additional pages to my template?

You can if you'd like. However, we've only designed the ones you see in your demo.

Can I make my website multilingual?

Yes! This article is a great resource to walk you through the whole process, step by step.

Do you provide a domain?

We do not. A domain is an entirely separate thing! So, you'll need to purchase your own domain and then connect it to your new website. But don't sweat it—we've got your back with a step-by-step tutorial that'll walk you through connecting your domain to your template!

Can I connect an existing domain name to my template?

You sure can! One of our step-by-step tutorials shows you how to connect your existing domain.

Can I migrate my current Wordpress blog to Webflow?

This article walks you through the basic steps to migrate an existing Wordpress database (aka your current site's posts) into Webflow and provides additional resources to help you out. However, migrating from any platform to another will require extra work, and migration is not considered part of buying a template. We can also handle the entire migration for you. What does SEO optimization mean?

It means that each page of your site has embedded SEO. You still need to "fill out" these sections, like image alt-text and keywords, but no coding or plugins are required!

Do I need any other apps or plugins for my website?

If you want to integrate your Instagram feed, have a comments section on your blog, or book appointments, you'll need to connect your site to some free third-party apps like Zapier, Stripe, or Calendly. We have a quick and easy tutorial that will help you get set up in no time. Other than that, everything you need is already baked into your template.

How many page views can I have with Webflow hosting?

It entirely depends on what Webflow hosting plan you have! CMS Plan ($29/mo): You get up to 250,000 monthly visits, which is a quarter of a million eyeballs on your content every month.Business Plan ($49/mo): This one bumps you up to 300,000 monthly visits, which means more traffic, potential customers, and sales.Enterprise Plan: Do you need more than 300,000 page views a month? Webflow also has a higher-level "Enterprise" plan, which you can customize based on your individual needs. You can see the plans in detail here.

Do you provide a logo and/or branding?

We don't. But there are lots of affordable sites where you can buy off-the-shelf branding. Don't get hung up on the small stuff. Your logo isn't going to make or break your business. What matters is having a website that turns visitors into customers. That's where we come in

Do I need Photoshop to edit my design elements?

Our website templates do not require Photoshop. However, a few of our designs might need a quick touch in Canva for certain graphics. If needed, we provide easy-to-follow tutorials that'll make you feel like a design pro in minutes. We're talking easy wins here.

Do I need additional hosting for my template?

You do not need a separate hosting account like you do with Wordpress. That's one awesome thing about Webflow hosting: It's included on their platform! We recommend the CMS hosting plan, which allows you to use a custom domain and get email support from Webflow.

I want additional customization with my template. Can you do that?

What is your refund policy?
