Couples Therapy Add-On Sections Instructions

4 - Service Page

About this section

What are the add-ons?

The couples therapy page uses the same 9-section structure as individual therapy (hero, how it works, areas we support, pricing, bio, credibility, location/insurance, FAQ, final CTA). But it adds 2 specialized sections that address the unique barrier to couples therapy: getting both partners to show up.

The 2 add-on sections:

  1. "For the Partner Who Thinks This Is a Waste of Time" - Speaks directly to the skeptical partner, removes their objections
  2. "Email This Page CTA" - Gives the engaged partner a tool to share with the hesitant partner

Where they go on the couples therapy page:

Section 1: "For the Skeptical Partner" → Goes between "How It Works" and "Areas We Support" (section 3 position)

Section 2: "Email This Page" → Goes between "Areas We Support" and "Pricing" (section 6 position, right above practitioner bio)

When to use them:

Use on: Couples therapy page (and adaptable for sex therapy, family therapy)

Don't use on: Individual therapy, somatic therapy, group therapy, or other service pages

These sections are couples-specific because the "one partner is skeptical" dynamic is unique to couples work. Individual therapy clients don't need to convince anyone else to show up.

Now let's build the first add-on.
