About this section

MODULE 3: YOUR POSITIONING STATEMENT

What "positioning" means: How you describe yourself in one sentence that makes your niche think "that's exactly what I need." It combines who you serve + what makes you different.

Why this matters: This becomes your north star. Every website section, every headline, every decision references this. When you're stuck, you come back to this.

DO THIS NOW: Write Your Positioning Statement (10 Minutes)

The formula:

"I help [specific niche] with [specific struggle] through [your angle]."

Examples:

"I help burned-out healthcare workers who feel guilty for struggling through same-week starts and tools they can use immediately between shifts."

"I help anxiously-attached people who overanalyze every text through between-session support and zero pressure to be a 'good client.'"

"I help first-gen immigrants caught between two cultures through culturally-informed therapy in their native language with someone who gets it from the inside."

"I help neurodivergent adults with high-masking burnout through sensory-friendly sessions where stimming is welcome and there's zero expectation to make eye contact."

Write yours:

I help _____________ [your niche from Module 1]

with _____________ [their specific struggle]

through _____________ [your angle from Module 2].

The test: Can someone understand what makes you different in 10 seconds from this statement?

If yes, you're done. If no, make it more specific.
